SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as sales, promotions, special drops, or holidays.

Italy

Shipping within Italy is free for orders over €99.00. Orders are shipped via SDA/Poste Italiane/DHL/BRT and are generally delivered within 1–2 business days from dispatch. During periods of high order volume or exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be longer.

Europe

Shipping within Europe is free for orders over €159.00. Deliveries are handled by DHL Express and usually take 3–4 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and peak periods.

Worldwide

Worldwide shipping is free for orders over €249.00. Orders are shipped with DHL Express and are typically delivered within 6–7 business days from dispatch. International delivery times may vary due to customs procedures or factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.

CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D.) ORDER POLICY

Cash on Delivery is offered as a payment option where available. By selecting this payment method, the Customer agrees to complete the purchase upon delivery of the order.

In the event that a Customer refuses delivery of a Cash on Delivery order after it has been shipped, a penalty equal to 35% of the total order value, in addition to the shipping costs incurred, will be charged. This amount covers handling, shipping, and administrative costs associated with the refused delivery.

The penalty will be requested directly from the Customer, and any future orders may be subject to restrictions at our discretion.
